Political Spectrum Quiz
Thanks to KG for the link. This is an interesting quiz. However no quiz is perfect at ascertaining your political views. This one:
- Classes pro-life views as “authoritarian”, despite many libertarians also holding them for scientific reasons.
- Does not distinguish between the freedom to sodomise each other and the freedom to marry when discussing “gay rights”, making it difficult to know how to answer some questions.
- Is very USA-focussed especially when asking about foreign policy.
But an interesting result nonetheless. Where do you sit on it?

Completely agree Samuel. Terms such as “homophobic” are often used to lump everything together when accusing someone who is opposed to homosexual marriage – when in fact you’re neither homophobic nor in favour of criminalising acts of homosexuality…

I’ve done that one before KP, just haven’t posted the result. I actually really like it because it is so short yet gives pretty much the same result as any longer one. And yes its pretty obvious where you’d be placed on it!

Andy: I really don’t get that word “homophobic”. It sounds like you’d run away screaming in terror if you saw a gay guy.

homophobic may mean you shudder when you see a homo or experience anything a homo does. that’s pretty easy to get, there’s plenty of those people.
